#35: Roz Russell, Marsha Warfield (Then)
Marsha Warfield stepped into Night Court in 1986 as bailiff Roz Russell, bringing a sharp tongue and dry wit that perfectly balanced Bull’s naïve sweetness. A stand-up comedian before joining the show, she had already made a name for herself with her deadpan delivery and fearless stage presence.

Roz was tough, sarcastic, and often unimpressed by the courtroom’s antics, but she also showed loyalty to her coworkers. Warfield’s addition gave the series a new energy, and her cutting one-liners quickly turned into some of the funniest moments on the show.
