#21: Drama
Drama often attracts students who want to understand performance from the inside out. They may be drawn to acting, script analysis, movement, voice, character work, and the emotional challenge of telling stories in front of an audience. For many, it feels less like a major and more like an identity.

The financial reality can be much harsher than the classroom experience. Drama graduates may leave with strong creative skills but few secure job options tied directly to the degree. Work can depend on auditions, location, agents, and luck, which makes regret more likely when student debt meets an uncertain entertainment industry.
