#11: Cracked Driveway
A cracked driveway can drag down the first impression before buyers even reach the front door. Large cracks, potholes, uneven concrete, oil stains, or weeds growing through seams may make the property feel neglected, even when the inside is in good condition.

Small cracks should be sealed before they spread. Power washing, patching, resurfacing, or repairing uneven sections can make the entrance feel cleaner and safer. For a new driveway, proper drainage and regular maintenance are key to avoiding the same problem later.
